Day 8: A good day!

After one week of intensive training and my patient tutelage, my boy Bobby has finally reached the master level of Schipperke massage.

You can see in the picture below, I have achieved the highest level of relaxation.  I think I can award him his diploma when I leave tomorrow.

Other news:  We went to the doggy corral today and I met a fun little Jack Russel named Pepper.  I must say I was rather envious of her hot pink coat.  and her mom had matching hot pink boots!!  I think I will suggest this to my mom.

Day 7: a rainy Saturday :(

I had to wait and wait for my boy Bobby to wake up this morning.  I have never seen anyone sleep as much as him!        I know you can't see him under the covers, but he's in there.........I can smell him!

Here I am, walking along with those two knuckleheads, Stan and Ollie.  Ollie complained and complained about how cold and wet it was today.  What a whiner!!

Day 6: Mom's back!

Mom returned last night and I did many twirls and leaps for her entertainment!  I was quite busy while she was gone, supervising yard work projects.  Good thing I stayed behind to organize these Bowie boys!

Fourth Day: Settling in

Ok, I really DO NOT like this funny looking dog.  He gives me the creeps.  Oliver let me know that I should give him a wide berth.

Here we all are with the alpha dog.  Notice that I have the best spot!

Tomorrow mom is leaving me for one night, so I won't have any help with my blog.  sigh.  I'll just have to make due with Bobby & Alpha dog.

Day 3: Best dog day

Last night Bobby and I had an exciting sleepover with Sam!  (don't ask me why he is wearing his raincoat in the house...) I wanted to make waffles this morning, but no one would help me with this project.  phooey.

Then I had the most exciting walk with the BIG boys, Scout and Rosco!  Scout made a comment about me not actually being a dog, but I forgave him and we had a lovely walk around the blueberry fields.  Ollie (AKA the wimp) didn't come as it was too early and cold for him.

Day 2: Things are looking up

We had some real party action here last night with lots of kids and a night outing to look at the full moon!  It was great.  A night walk with all my new buds.  I love my boy Connor (even though he says I look like a Wambat - what the heck is that??).

Katie G. also visited us and I LOVE her!  (even though she says I look like a furry footstool!  I am sensing a theme here.....but I still love all these kids!)  I twirled and twirled for them and drove that dog Ollie crazy.

Sydney is the only one who doesn't make fun of me!  She is so sweet!

I had to say good bye to my girl Carolyn this morning.  :(   I asked her not to go, but she went anyway.  Oh well, at least I got to ride to the airport in her lap - and that was GREAT.  then a trip to Home Depot.  woo hoo!

Here I am helping Carolyn print her boarding pass - she never would have figured it out without me!

Life at Bowie Bedlam: My first day

Ollie, AKA devil dog
These Bowie boys are a couple of knuckleheads.  Stanley, the big one, is not so bad, but the little one, Ollie is a real putz.  First he grabbed my bone and took off with it; then my toy.  To add insult to injury, he also ate most of my dinner!!!  What do you expect for a dog who looks like Mr. Burns with pointy ears?  (The Simpsons overbite meets Mr. Spock!).

At least the people here are pretty nice.  But everytime I try to get close to the mom, that stupid Ollie snaps at me!  I don't know what his problem is - just because I run around and around him, turning fun flips and tricks, and sometimes over him.....doesn't he know how to have some fun???

At least there is my boy Bobby, a real cool dude.  more on this later...
